Managing partners, Matt and Mia, originally from Texas, bring decades of combined hospitality experience to the venture. With backgrounds in fine dining, catering, bartending, and management, they’ve long dreamed of opening a place of their own. With long time familial connections to the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, they now consider this region their true home. Elevated Pour is the realization of their dream—a space that reflects their deep commitment to craft, comfort, and community in a region they deeply love.
Mark & Robin
Mark and Robin have called Angel Fire their second home for over 20 years, spending summer and winter months in the mountains with their two sons. What started as a seasonal getaway, quickly became a deep-rooted connection to the community, the landscape, and the lifestyle. Now, with their boys grown and their love for Angel Fire stronger than ever, Mark and Robin are excited to give back to the place that has given them so much. Their vision is simple: to offer something new, while honoring the beauty, charm, and sense of belonging that makes Angel Fire feel like home.
BJ & Annie
BJ and Annie have called Angel Fire home for decades. As longtime business owners and dedicated community advocates, they’ve raised their three children here and became woven into the fabric of the village. For them, Elevated Pour is a natural extension of their passion for creating spaces that bring people together—a refined yet inviting bar where friends, neighbors, and families can gather over great drinks and even better conversation.
